Our American Bison 'non-cradle' banjo straps were designed for the player who doesn't like a 'cradle' strap or has a banjo that is not compatible with our cradle version. The non cradle straps attach to your banjo by utilizing two 20” 'tail -sections' of bison leather. These two 'tail sections' are ¾” wide and are at both ends of the main body of the strap. These can be installed with chicago screws by looping the tails around a single tension hook or without screws by putting a single hook through one of the holes on each tail piece. Our non-cradle banjo straps feature a 36” main body with 5 slots, allowing for 3 different tailpiece placements on one end, while the second tailpiece is not adjustable. Both tails have 7 holes for maximum adjustability. This creates an approximate maximum length of 57” and a minimum length of 41”.
